1. Please ensure your Laptop features thunderbolt3/4 / USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 / USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 to support multiple-display (with vidieo output function ). If you are not sure, please let us know, we are happy to help you to check if this docking station is compatible with your device.

2. Only applicable to laptops with built-in usb c port, this usb c docking station can't be used with converter, such as usb to usb c converter, HDMI to DVI, HDMI to VGA, etc.

3. This laptop docking station is not included the power charger.

4. To the DP1.2 devices, just support two external displays. To the DP1.4 devices, support Three external displays.
