TobenONE provides free replacement accessories service for customers who have purchased docking stations.

To be eligible for free replacement accessories, your item must be sold directly by TobenONE or TobenONE's authorized resellers.

To get free replacement accessories, please email us at support@tobenone.com with the following information.

1. Which accessories do you need: a power supply, a double-plug USB-C cable, or a single-plug USB-C cable?
2. Your order number, receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Which selling platform did you buy from?
4. Reason for requesting replacement accessories(original accessories damaged/lost, etc.)
5. Your shipping address.

We will get back to you and ship it to you as soon as possible if qualified.
